Beginning January 2005, The Society plans to simplify its rules. Please make note of the following:

A) ENROLLMENT AND RENEWAL

Membership will be totally free. Anyone who purchases a Giuseppe Armani/Florence Sculture d'arte becomes a Member of The Society by completing the Application Form included in with each figurine. The completed form should be returned to Society Headquarters in Edison, NJ.

B) MEMBERSHIP CARD

The name on each application for membership will be registered and a personalized Membership Card will be issued to that Member.

C) MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY

Membership will be valid for a period of 24 months from the time the Application Form is registered. Membership is to be automatically renewed every two years.

D) MEMBER'S PRIVILEGES

Only Members will have the opportunity to purchase the exclusive annual "Members Only" figurine. Your need only to submit your valid Membership card to an Authorized Dealer. The Society magazine, The Review, will be mailed to each member world-wide.* This publication will keep members informed of new products, retirements, signing events and more. Only Members have the opportunity to visit the Studios of Florence and Giuseppe Armani when they are traveling abroad. Of course, advance notice is requiered. Tours of the Studio must be arranged through Society Headquarters, USA.

E) RENEWING MEMBERS

Current members of The Society will be automatically renewed for two years on each anniversary date.

*The Society Review will be mailed to Society Members world-wide.
