WHAT IS LLADRO® PRIVILEGE? The best way to take care of our preferred customers and a new way to distinguish them. Through Lladro® Privilege, we invite our most loyal customers to join a program created especially for them, offering them exclusive sculptures and special services with our compliments. Each year an annual figurine will be created for Lladro® Privilege Members. Lladro® Privilege is FREE OF CHARGE.
WHO GETS TO JOIN LLADRO® PRIVILEGE? The customer who gets to join Lladro® Privilege are buyers of Limited Editions, former members of Lladro® Society, customers proposed by Dealers (in line with agreed quotas) and accepted by Lladro®, plus regular buyers directly invited by Lladro®.
HOW DOES ONE ORDER LLADRO® PRIVILEGE CREATIONS? Orders for Lladro® Priviledge figurines can be placed by simply presenting your membership card to an authorized Lladro® dealer. Customers may request any of the creations offered exclusively to Lladro® Privilege Members.
Lladro® will also extend invitations to customers who have registered several purchases with the LAP Assurance Program and other collectors who show special interest in Lladro®.
In 2004, Lladro® introduced Privilege Gold who, on payment of $70.00 per year, will have access to highly exclusive benefits. Such benefits include:
